Dr. Itzhak Shoher is a 1967 graduate of the Hebrew University School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem , Israel .
He completed his graduate prosthodontics studies at Tufts University School of Graduate Dentistry, Boston Mass. USA in 1971. Completed his master studies at Tufts in 1971 with a thesis on Stress Analysis on Ceramo-Metal Restorations. His most prominent areas of interest and research are esthetic, strength and biocompatibility of dental fixed restorations. Dr. Shoher is the co-author of about 50 U.S. and international patents in the field of restorative dentistry. Is a co-inventor of numerous dental technologies including Captek™ technology and materials.
In addition to being the CEO of Precious Chemicals Ltd. – an international dental company, and carrying on research in both Israel and the U.S. , he has maintained a private prosthodontics practice in Tel-Aviv since 1972.

Dr. Shoher is an Adjacent Research Professor at the Post Graduate Prosthodontic Department, Tufts University , Boston .
Serves on the Board of Overseers at Tufts School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Shoher is an active member of both the American and European Academies of Esthetic Dentistry. He is an honorary life member of the Israel Society of Oral Rehabilitation and a member of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Among the numerous international presentations he has presented at The American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, The American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, The American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, The Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, The European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Born in Israel , November 1943. Completed his dental technology studies and was awarded a prize of excellence at ORT, Tel-Aviv. Since 1969 Mr. Whiteman has devoted his time to dental work, research and development of dental materials and techniques. He is the co-author of about 50 U.S. and international patents in the field of restorative dentistry. Is a co-inventor of numerous dental technologies including Captek™ technology and materials.
Mr. Whiteman lives and works in Israel . He has presented, trained and demonstrated internationally at Boston University, USC (University of Southern California), UCLA, numerous Universities in Japan including the University of Tokyo and various European Universities, at The European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, British Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and meetings and conventions worldwide.

Lou Azzara is the CEO of Captek™-Precious Chemicals USA, Inc. Lou graduated from the State University of New York Binghamton with a degree in Economics, and earned his MBA from Florida Metropolitan University. Lou has additional concentrations in Management Information Systems and Marketing Management. While at Florida Metropolitan, Lou graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society’s Highest Honors Award.

Lou worked on Wall Street for Shearson/Lehman Brothers prior to coming to the dental industry. After working as a regional manager for a well respected dental company Lou was asked to oversee the development of the Captek™ Company in North America with partners Dr. Itzhak Shoher, Aharon Whiteman MDT, (co-inventors of Captek), and long time partner Nick Azzara. Together they formed Captek™ Precious Chemicals USA, located in Altamonte Springs, FL.
In Captek™ Precious Chemicals (USA), Lou has helped to create an organization with an acute focus on client development and a structure highly skilled in the tenants of Business Process Management. Lou has served on numerous industry advisory boards and strategic planning committees.
Mr. Louis Azzara, together with wife Susan are the proud parents of Erika, Madison, and Kylie.

Nick Azzara is the President of Captek™- Precious Chemicals USA, Inc. Nick is a 1988 graduate of Alfred University. He has spent his entire professional career in the dental field. Prior to his position with Captek™, Nick was the West Coast Manager for a major dental manufacturer and Director of Marketing and Operations for a prestigious dental studio. Nick has authored papers for dental and laboratory journals, is an editorial board member for the Journal of Dental Technology and served a two-year term as the supplier representative for the National Dental Laboratory Association. Mr. Azzara participated in the committee to review dental laboratory industry standards and chaired the committee on offshore trade. Mr. Azzara is the first manufacturer to be inducted as a member to the American Society for Dental Aesthetics and is proud to be an honorary member of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity for which he serves on the AO Corporate Advisory Board.
